1. Information we collect

We collect account information such as name, email address, authentication data, and profile settings you provide when creating or managing your First10 account.

We process job-search information you add or generate in the product, including resume text, target roles, skills, job postings, fit scores, company data, people and connection paths, outreach drafts, application stages, approvals, uploaded files, and document exports.

We collect operational data needed to run the AI workflow, including agent runs, tool calls, source-scrape results, model usage, cost records, error logs, and service-health events.

2. How we use information

We use your information to provide the service: matching jobs, tailoring resumes and cover letters, finding referrer paths, drafting messages, tracking pipeline status, enforcing budgets, and preserving your approval history.

We use operational data to secure the service, debug failures, measure reliability, prevent abuse, and improve product quality.

We do not sell your resume, network, messages, or agent data.

3. AI processing

First10 uses AI models and agent tools to analyze job descriptions, profile data, resumes, and message context. AI outputs can be imperfect, so you remain responsible for reviewing resumes, messages, applications, and other generated content before using them.

First10 is designed around user-managed provider credentials. When you add your own API credentials in settings, the service uses those credentials for your account's AI or data-provider requests. If a required key is missing, dependent features are disabled until you add it.

We track model usage, tokens, call type, and estimated cost so you can understand spend tied to your own provider accounts.

4. Service providers

We use trusted providers for cloud hosting, databases, authentication, logging, AI model calls, email delivery where configured, and analytics or security tooling. These providers process information only as needed to operate First10.

Some providers may process data outside your region. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the provider and service category.

5. Security

First10 uses authenticated sessions, encrypted transport, secret storage, internal service tokens, rate limits, and least-privilege cloud service accounts where practical.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or data has been exposed, contact Airus Solutions promptly.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain account and product data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain backups.

You can delete selected workspace data inside the product where available. You may also request account deletion or export assistance by contacting Airus Solutions.

7. Your choices and rights

You can update your profile, resume, targets, sources, API credentials, and account settings in the product.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information. We will respond to applicable requests as required by law.

8. Cookies and tracking

First10 uses cookies and similar storage for authentication, session continuity, security, and core product behavior.

If analytics or marketing tools are enabled, they are used to understand site performance and improve the service.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy as First10 changes. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a new updated date.
