Terms of Service

1. Using First10

First10 is an AI-assisted job-search workspace that helps users source jobs, score matches, tailor documents, draft outreach, manage approvals, and track application progress.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Eligibility

You may use First10 only if you can form a binding agreement and are legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction.

If you use First10 on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Your content and data

You retain ownership of resumes, profile details, job data, network data, messages, documents, and other content you provide or create through First10.

You grant Airus Solutions permission to host, process, transform, transmit, and display your content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve First10.

4. AI outputs and review

AI-generated scores, messages, resumes, cover letters, referrer suggestions, and recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular situation.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before sending messages, applying to jobs, or relying on any output.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use First10 to send spam, impersonate others, scrape unlawfully, violate platform terms, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, harass people, or process data you do not have the right to use.

Do not attempt to bypass security controls, reverse engineer the service, overload infrastructure, or use First10 for illegal hiring, discrimination, or deceptive practices.

6. Third-party services

First10 may connect to third-party job boards, AI providers, email providers, browser extensions, cloud services, or data APIs. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Airus Solutions is not responsible for third-party services, job availability, employer decisions, recruiter responses, or external site content.

7. Payments and usage limits

First10 is currently free to use. AI, search, email, enrichment, or other third-party usage may be charged by the providers whose API keys you connect.

The product may enforce budget controls, request limits, and agent-run limits to protect users and infrastructure. Usage estimates are provided for visibility and may differ from final provider invoices.

8. Intellectual property

First10, including the software, interface, workflows, branding, and documentation, is owned by Airus Solutions or its licensors.

Feedback may be used by Airus Solutions without restriction or compensation, while your underlying personal content remains yours.

9. Disclaimers

First10 is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, replies, uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, or compatibility with every external source.

Nothing in First10 is legal, financial, immigration, employment, or professional advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airus Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or business interruption.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to First10 will be limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if you paid nothing.

11. Termination and changes

You may stop using First10 at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, nonpayment, legal compliance, or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
